Homemade and hot served: Our apple strudel. Several times a day, the classical Austrian dessert is baked in the patisserie for our guests - according to the secret recipe of the grandmother of our patissier Georg Hölbl. A bell rings when the apple strudel is presented in the lobby, fresh from the oven and still warm. As a side dish we offer a vanilla ice cream or vanilla sauce and powdered sugar.
