This year we offer our traditional Martini Goose or the classic Christmas goose as ’’Goose To Go’’ for take away: Between 10th of November and 24th of December 2023, our chefs will prepare a classic goose with orange jus, red apple cabbage, glazed carrots, cranberries and potato dumplings.
The roasted goose including side dishes can be ordered as a whole family meal for up to 5 people. For a larger number of people, it is possible to order additional side dishes.
The dishes are freshly prepared by our team and require a pre-reservation of at least 24 hours. The goose menu can be collected directly at the hotel reception on the agreed date and time between 11.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m.
