Perfumer since 1904

Luxurious fragrances

Audrey Hepburn, Ernest Hemingway, Grace Kelly: they all wore fragrances created by master perfumer Krigler. The new Krigler store on Schottenring adds a touch of Hollywood to Palais Hansen. The store offers luxurious fragrances as high-quality perfumes, soaps and candles and is located directly in the entrance area of the Palais Hansen.

The German-French-American "Pafumeur des Palaces" was founded in 1904 by Albert Krigler from Berlin and is now owned by the fifth generation of the family. Krigler's perfumes became famous as early as the 1920s. Celebrities such as F. Scott Fitzgerald or Rudolph Valentino as well as representatives of the royal families enjoyed the special fragrances, which were always inspired by famous places such as Monte Carlo, the Italian Riviera or the Mediterranean Sea. In New York, Krigler designed cult fragrances such as America One 31, John F. Kennedy’s signature fragrance.

After New York, Palm Beach, Beverly Hills and Berlin, Krigler is now opening his fifth store, called boudoir, in Vienna. Each boudoir has its own studio where fragrances and scented candles can be created on-site as a collaboration between the perfumer and the customer. In addition, Krigler offers the unique opportunity to "rent" one of the more than 500 fragrances in the archive for exclusive use on a temporary basis.
