Golf is the perfect activity to enjoy on holiday, combining beautiful scenery, fresh air, and relaxation. There is a lot to love about the sport, and with spring just around the corner, it is the perfect time to bring out your golf shoes and practice your swing at some of the world's best courses.

Belek's courses
Comprising both the PGA Sultan and Pasha courses, Antalya Golf Course near Belek in Turkey is well-suited to a golfing break, and a lot of effort has gone into designing the greens and fairways.

If you are staying at Kempinski Hotel The Dome, you can enjoy an 18-hole, championship course at the PGA Sultan, where even experienced golfers will be presented with a challenge playing difficult holes such as 'The Choice' and 'The Keyhole'. Slightly shorter, the Pasha Course is equally enjoyable, featuring numerous dog's legs and bunkers.

Andalusian courses
Staying at Kempinski Hotel Bahía, all types of golfers have a wide range of clubs to choose from along the coast of Andalusia.

Estepona Golf

From the prestigious Los Naranjos Golf Club to the Aloha Golf Club (host to the PGA Tour three times), all the way to Finca Coresin, which hosted the Volvo World Match Play Championship in 2009, 2011 and 2012, you will find the perfect course to suit your skill level. The venue's three nine-hole courses are perfect for enjoying a game between business meetings, or they can be enjoyed together as a huge 27-hole course. With a forest route, wetlands route and links course, you are sure to enjoy your visit, and as the course is located close to and has a partnership with Kempinski Hotel Suzhou, you can enjoy the luxury hospitality on offer at the hotel after your round.

Golf Club Adriatic
Located just 400m from Kempinski Hotel Adriatic, Golf Club Adriatic is an excellent 18-hole championship course designed by famous architect, Diethard Hahrenleitner.

Featuring amazing views across the sea and Istrian countryside, there is a lot to love about Golf Club Adriatic, and its location means it can be combined with a trip around one of the Mediterranean's most picturesque, yet relatively undiscovered regions.

Kitzbühel's courses
If you are staying at Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol, there are all sorts of golfing experiences to try during your stay in the mountainous wonderland of the Kitzbühel Alps. Best enjoyed after the snows have melted between May and October, there are four golf courses to enjoy, all of which are situated in the rolling alpine scenery – just make sure you keep your eye on your ball, not just on the amazing vistas on offer!

Kitzbühel Golf

As well as those in Kitzbühel, there are lots of other courses located in the region, so if you are a golf enthusiast looking for an extended trip away immersed in the sport, make sure you add these to your list of places to explore too.

Golfclub Berchtesgaden e.V.
One of Europe's most beautiful locations, Berchtesgaden has captivated visitors for centuries, but it is not just hiking and skiing that the area is known for.

Golfclub Berchtesgaden e.V. is another of the area's treasures, offering players beautiful views out across to the peaks of Watzmann, Hochkalter and Utersberg, as well as the forest-lined hills and waterways that wind their way through the valley. A shorter, nine-hole course, it is perfectly suited for a sunny afternoon spent strolling around the greens, before heading back to Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden for some well-earned comforts.
