Benefit from our luxury conference packages with dedicated supplementary services for a tailored event.

Our luxury conference package for one day includes:

  • Rental of the main meeting room with one setup of your choice, including complimentary items for your attendees, such as notebooks, writing paper, pens and peppermints
  • Technical equipment according to the venue and your requirements. A projector and screen or LCD screen, Bose sound system and microphone system are provided in the Hansen meeting room and ballroom Theophil.
  • One flip chart and one pinboard
  • High-speed Internet / Wi-Fi
  • Welcome coffee, including two coffees or teas per person
  • Morning coffee break (coffee, tea and two snacks the chef’s choice)
  • Afternoon coffee break (coffee, tea and two snacks the chef’s choice)
  • Light lunch à la chef: a seated three-course menu at Wintergarten restaurant or standing lunch buffet for more than 20 people
  • Unlimited non-alcoholic beverages during lunch 
  • Unlimited non-alcoholic beverages served in the main meeting room
  • Digital signage with your brand logo in front of the main meeting room

You can book additional services to satisfy your guests and ensure a successful meeting. Add one snack item à la chef for your welcome coffee for EUR 3.50 per person.

Please note that these meeting packages are bookable for a minimum of 20 guests, and the coffee breaks last for 30 minutes.
