Spa Etiquette

The spa environment is designed for tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other guests. We kindly request that you refrain from smoking or using mobile phones and cameras. It is recommended that you leave all valuables in your room safe, as the spa does not assume liability for any valuables. 

Health Concerns 

Please inform us immediately of any health conditions, allergies or injuries.
 

Spa Experience 

For your convenience, towels, slippers, shower caps - and all necessary amenities will be provided during your visit. You will be properly draped for privacy during treatments.

Reservations 

Advance booking is highly recommended to ensure preferred times are available. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. Arrive an hour before treatment is advised to experience our wellness area, which will maximise the benefit of your treatment. To make a reservation, please call the spa reception from your guest room.
 

Relaxation Lounge 

Our relaxation lounge is the perfect space to rest and recuperate post-treatment. Stay as long or as you wish.

Minimum Age 

The minimum age for spa services is 16. 

Lateness & Cancellation Policy 

Please be aware that late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time as a courtesy to our next guest. We kindly ask our guests to give a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. On occasion of late cancellation, a penalty of the full price of the treatment applies.
