On 22 September, the fantastic Oktoberfest returned to the Brewery at Sunrise Kempinski Hotel Beijing. At the official opening of the festival, the brew master tapped the first keg of festival beer with the general manager Mr. Joe Zhou, to declare the festival underway with the traditional "O’zapft is!", meaning "It is tapped!" All guests enjoyed the exciting and authentic Oktoberfest with the festival craft beer, Bavarian cuisine an entertaining live-band show, interesting games and lucky draws.

The Oktoberfest has started from 22 September to 7 October. The hotel pampers guests this golden season and during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Holiday with a hearty Oktoberfest set menu and cheerful parties! In addition to lashings of home-brewed German beer and authentic Bavarian delicacy, incredibly boisterous Bavarian parties include top onstage entertainment from Europe, plus dancing and challenging game competitions.

The brew master has brewed six different craft beers, which include lager beer, wheat beer, Coles beer, passion fruit white beer, cherry white beer, and pineapple white beer. This authentic German-style Festbier will indulge the nose with aromatic notes of malt followed by a slight hint of sweetness.

The Oktoberfest package includes three courses with 0.3 litres of festival beer, which is distinctively pleasant to taste. The three delicate courses are made up of various authentic Bavarian flavours, such as pretzels and dips, the brew house platter with crispy pork knuckles, Kassler ham, grilled meatloaf, pork snail sausage, Frankfurter and Thüringen sausage with sauerkraut, a surf and turf platter with roasted Teriyaki salmon and grilled beef fillet mignon, Bavarian chocolate cream tart, etc.

RMB 288 package (WeChat mall special offer is RMB 218) includes a three-course set menu with 0.3 litres of Oktoberfest beer at Brewery (11:30 to 13:30; 17:30 to 23:00); RMB 388 (WeChat mall special offer is RMB 168) includes two hours of free flow of draft beer for one person.
