Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest appointed Ádám Lévay as Executive Chef

Budapest, 16 November 2022Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest is delighted to announce the appointment of Ádám Lévay as Executive Chef.


Mastering his profession, stewardship and management at several iconic hotels around the world, Ádám brings a powerful combination of craft and insight to Kempinski Corvinus.

From apprentice to Commis Chef, he started his career at the former Atrium Hyatt in Budapest, and continued his professional journey on international cruise ships. In 2004, he joined Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace as Sous Chef, and advanced to Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Baku. Between 2013 and 2020, he worked in various Four Seasons hotels as Executive Chef, including Sharm El Sheikh, Baltimore, Kuwait and Alexandria. In 2021, he returned to Hungary as Executive Chef at Intercontinental Hotel Budapest.


Ádám’s sharp focus on the composite aspects of the food-and-beverage area encompasses all aspects, from kitchen management to the ultimate culinary customer experience. This aligns optimally with Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest’s commitment to seamlessly executed, high-quality and market-first gastronomic initiatives.

Ádám is married with a 13-year-old daughter, is fluent in English and enjoys cooking and swimming in his off time.
