Spa Etiquette

The spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other guests. We kindly request that you refrain from smoking or using mobile phones and cameras. It is recommended that you leave all valuables in your guest room safe. The spa does not assume liability for any valuables. 

Health Concerns. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries immediately. 

Spa Experience. For your convenience, the spa will provide towels, slippers, shower caps and all amenities required for use during your visit. We recommend you to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of your treatment, as you will be given to fill in a Health Form. During all experiences, you will be properly draped for privacy. 

Reservations. Advance booking is highly recommended to ensure preferred times are available. The spa provides walk-in bookings based on availability. To make a reservation, please call the spa reception from your guest room by pressing the spa button. For non-hotel visitors the use of the Kempinski the Spa Pool & Sauna’s area is complimentary with every 50 minutes or above Body or Facial experience for half an hour prior to the scheduled treatment. 

Pregnancy. Please allow us to assist you in selecting suitable services for this special time. We recommend that you check with your physician first. 

Gift Certificates. Our gift certificates make a wonderful gift for any special occasion. Please enquire with our spa reception for details and purchase. 

Minimum Age. The minimum age is 16. 

Kid’s policy. Visitors of 12 years of age or under are welcome daily from 10:00 to 16:00. Parents and children are welcome to Kempinski The Spa according to the entrance rules, however, please kindly be aware that the entire Spa area is a whisper zone so that guests could have a quiet, relaxing, and peaceful experience at this unique place. We kindly ask parents to supervise their children of any age. 

Lateness & Cancellation Policy. Please be aware that your late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your appointment will end as originally scheduled should you arrive late. We kindly ask our guests to give a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellations. With fewer than 12 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full price.
