We welcome a domesticated dog or cat weighing less than 11 kilograms (25 pounds). Not more than one pet is permitted per room. There is a daily surcharge of THB 1,150++ (1,353.55 net) and guests are liable to cover the cost of any damage and personal injury caused by a pet during their stay.

 

In the event that guests wish to bring cat or dog to the hotel the selection of room type and its location may be restricted. Pets are not allowed, under any circumstances, in the Spa, in any of the hotel’s restaurants, public areas such as the garden and swimming pools.

 

We are pleased to confirm that guide dogs are exempt from the daily surcharge but guests remain liable for any and all property damage caused.

The hotel is pleased to offer rooms that have been designed to accommodate guests with limited mobility.

Our signature Kempinski European breakfast buffet is served daily from 06:30 - 10:30 hrs and is priced at THB 890++ (1,048 net) per adult and THB 445++ (524 net) per child aged from 6 to 12 years.

Standard check-out time is 12 noon and guests may check-in from 15.00 hrs.

Smoking rooms are located on the 5th and 11th floors.

Up to 10mpb is available free of charge. For guests requiring high-speed internet access (up to 120mpb) the daily charge is THB 600++ (706.20 net).

Please note that the maximum occupancy per room is three guests. One additional bed per room is permitted. An extra bed surcharge will be applied at the daily rate of THB 2,400++ (2,824.80 net) per adult and THB 1,200++ (1,412.40 net) per child aged from 6 to 12 years old.

 

In our Superior Rooms the housekeeper will convert the sofa to a comfortable sofa bed.

 

Selected Deluxe Rooms and Executive Rooms are unable to accommodate an extra bed because of the architectural design of the hotel.

In such circumstance we are pleased to refer guests to our local travel agent that specialises in visa applications. Fees vary according to nationality in line with Thailand’s visa regime for business and leisure travellers.

You should expect to pay in the region of THB 500 – 600 net, plus toll fees. Make sure that your taxi driver switches on the meter.

There is no charge for in-house guests. Visitors may be charged at the rate of THB 100 net per hour or part hour thereof.​
