
This coming September, Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok is giving out exciting celebration packages for its anniversary. In the department of Food and Beverage, an array of arrangements has been prepared to continually establish Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok as a culinary paradise for food enthusiasts.
Perpetually proud of its culinary excellence and constant innovation, the hotel marks its anniversary by recently inviting Ansgar Schlemmer to come on board as its Executive Chef. Outstanding as the youngest Executive Chef in Kempinski history when he was only 27 years old and his experience with The Savoy London, Schlemmer with his precocious talents will work closely with other chefs and bring the Food and Beverage - one of the cores of great hotels - to the next level of excellence.
As a celebratory gesture during the month of September, Chef Vladimir Siljegovic of Brasserie Europa will be serving delectable 2nd anniversary set dinner which plays around the concept of number two. This delightful menu offers 2 appetizers, 2 main courses, and 2 desserts to choose from and pair with 2 complimentary beverages at the price of THB 2,200++. The culinary highlights include a delicate Scottish Salmon tartare, made from top quality imported Salmon, served with traditional condiments and horseradish dill crème fraiche. Melt-in-your-mouth beef medallion with dried tomato root vegetable, mascarpone and chervil parmesan fondue which gives it an incredible balance. And a dessert like braised apple terrine, coconut with delicately spiced wasabi ice-cream.
Also, at Hanuman Bar – the newest addition to the hotel’s outlets, when order Johnnie Walker Blue Label free flow package at THB 2,299++, a customer will receive a complimentary cigar to enjoy in the 1897 bar, the cigar room adjacent to Hanuman Bar.
