Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin invites you on an extraordinary gastronomic voyage with our new menu, ‘Legends of the Lotus’. This culinary innovation celebrates the bounty of Thailand’s freshest ingredients, reimagined through a contemporary lens with a steadfast commitment to sustainability. Prepare to be captivated by a narrative-rich dining experience, complete with delightful surprises, all delivered with our signature warm and attentive service. 

Your journey commences with the ‘In The Lounge’, where whimsical amuse-bouche bites await–a playful exploration of flavours and textures designed to intrigue the palate. Savour the delicate sweetness of fermented lotus with a hint of star anise, followed by the iconic Thai appetiser, Miang Kam. Then, delve into our ‘Aubergine Relish with Pork Cracklings’, a homage to the beloved snacks of Thailand’s northern city.

For the following six courses, ‘In The Restaurant’ presents you with the freedom to create your own culinary odyssey. Imagine a delicate Tom Yum shellfish broth with side dishes of steamed clam, scallop ball and Tiger prawn cracker, or a vibrant fish of the day Thai style spicy ceviche, also known as Yum, with a touch of pineapple and young ginger. Chef Henrik and Chef Berm also offer perennial favourites like Pad Thai reimagined with carrot and tamarind jelly noodles, alongside the rich and flavourful blue crab yellow curry.

Conclude your epicurean adventure on a high note with our enchanting ‘Flowers of Thailand’ dessert–a pink icy dome cradling a fragrant jasmine and rose mousse, finished with artistic flourishes of meringue and delicate pink flowers–a fitting finale to your memorable culinary experience. 

Elevate your journey further with our curated selection of alcoholic beverages, including wine pairings, Thai-inspired craft cocktails or locally brewed beers.

Join us for dinner daily from 17:30 to 24:00. 

Experience starts with seven-street-food bites, followed by a six-course dinner and petit indulgence, priced at THB 4,400++ per person.
