This signature experience celebrates the Grill | Fire | Smoke philosophy through a selection of flame-grilled specialities, wood-smoked meats and freshly prepared creations inspired by global flavours. Curated by Executive Chef Phillip Taylor, the menu strikes a perfect balance between boldness and finesse, transforming premium ingredients into dishes that are expressive, satisfying and memorable.
