The Opening of the Cattani Collection 2026


As the first highlight of the year, we invite you to the opening of the Cattani Collection on Saturday, 7 March – an evening dedicated to light, spring-inspired dishes that set the stage for the upcoming Easter season. These culinary delights will be accompanied by the multi-award-winning wines of Domaine Denis Mercier from Valais.

We are honored to welcome Denis Mercier, a true icon of Swiss viticulture. Together with his wife Anne-Catherine and daughter Madeleine, he manages his winery in Sierre with a level of precision rightfully honored by GaultMillau. Their wines – especially the legendary Cornalins and Syrahs – are the perfect complement to the culinary signature of our Executive Chef Stefanos Ioannidis.

Together with his kitchen team and guest chef Justin Ansen, Chef Stefanos crafts a 6-course menu that combines the power of the Valais Alps with the sophistication of spring, offering a delightful preview of the Easter festivities. Experience an evening full of elegance, depth, and character.
