Half Day Conference Package

Our Half-Day Conference Meeting Package includes:

• A choice of meeting times - either 7:00 to 13:00 or 13:00 to 17:30 
• A team working lunch buffet, with one soft drink, tea or coffee per member 
• Bottled mineral water and mints
• Complimentary meeting stationery, including pencils, writing pads, paper, marker pens and laser pointers
• Standard A/V equipment, including two flipcharts and one LED screen
• Morning or afternoon coffee break with coffee, tea, pastries and seasonal fruit
• AV/IT support from our qualified technician
• Dedicated duty management and operational support
• Dedicated conference assistant

Minimum number of participants for the Half - Day Conference Meeting package is 10 persons.
