Savour a musical and gastronomic journey

Moscow Gastronomic Festival at the Baltschug

This autumn at Hotel Baltschug you can taste an exquisite set crafted by the hotel's Chef Andrey Kagokin especially for the Moscow Gastronomic Festival.

Enjoy the gourmet set at Café Kranzler and the Lobby Lounge bar from 16 October to 5 November 2023.

In October 2023, Moscow will once again host the Gastronomic Festival, in which Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow traditionally takes part. The festival presents the achievements of the best Moscow restaurants to a wide audience. This year, the festival organisers decided to combine two important life elements – gastronomy and music. Each restaurant participating in the MGF has prepared for its guests not only a menu specially created for the Festival but also a unique musical pairing to the tasting set, offering guests a musical and gastronomic journey.

The theme of Hotel Baltschug Kempinski's set is Moscow Autumn. Chef Andrey Kagokin's tasting set is a confession of love to a beautiful and hospitable Moscow. In autumn, taking walk along Moscow streets evokes inspiration, and the favourite songs of several generations of Chef Andrey’s family became the basis for new culinary masterpieces.

Each dish is accompanied by a different musical composition:
