Signature Cocktails

Enjoy exquisite cocktails and homemade lemonades on the terrace, in the Lobby Lounge or at Café Kranzler. Refreshing homemade lemonades and signature cocktails perfectly complement any lunch or dinner. 

The hotel bar list features 26 classic cocktails with time-tested recipes. Signature cocktails based on sparkling wine, cognac, vodka, white rum, red vermouth, gin, liqueurs and berry syrups, as well as select lemonades such as ginger-lemon, passionfruit-pepper, elderberry-cherry, raspberry-lime and rose-blueberry are being added this season.

The new jewellery collection from the hotel's sommelier includes Pink Diamond, Ruby, Emerald, Amber, Amethyst and Aquamarine. The recipe and presentation include not only classic ingredients, but also summer berry and fruit notes - watermelon and strawberry, lavender and apple, lemongrass. The shape of the glass for each cocktail helps to reveal the flavour and aroma of the drink. In addition, the Pink Diamond cocktail is complemented with a weightless cloud of cotton candy.
