Asparagus season at Hotel Baltschug Kempinski

Enjoy white asparagus dishes at Café Kranzler and when ordering to your room.

Asparagus season

Hotel Baltschug Kempinski Moscow opens the asparagus season, and Chef Andrey Kagokin is ready to delight guests with this exquisite specialty.

White asparagus combines well with a variety of sauces and can be served cold or hot, as a main dish or as a side dish. Young asparagus shoots are rich in vitamins and micronutrients and low in calories.

The main course on the menu is tender white asparagus with potatoes, parsley, classic Hollandaise sauce and melted butter (RUB 1900).

White asparagus can be accompanied by raw ham (RUB 600), smoked salmon (RUB 950), octopus tentacles (RUB 1,200), salmon steak (RUB 2,300), tuna steak with sturgeon caviar (RUB 2,800) or Vienna schnitzel (RUB 850).

We recommend a wine from Café Kranzler's wine list to accompany each meal.
