White asparagus goes well with other vegetables and a variety of sauces. It can be eaten cold or hot, served as a main course or as a side dish to meat or fish. Young asparagus shoots are tender and soft; they are healthy, rich in vitamins and microelements, and low in calories.
The menu, from Chef Andrey Kagokin, presents tender white asparagus with potatoes, parsley, classic Dutch sauce and melted butter (RUB 2,500). White asparagus can be accompanied by Parma ham (RUB 1,000), smoked salmon (RUB 1,000), salmon steak (RUB 2,700), baked chicken breast with spices (RUB 1,300) or Viennese schnitzel (RUB 1,150).
