Dubai, UAE, 30 October 2017 – Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates has announced the appointment of Seema Pande as Commercial Director. In her role, Seema will oversee and drive the sales, marketing and revenue departments for the award-winning, luxury lifestyle destination.

Seema’s respected hospitality experience has seen her operate in various Sales & Marketing roles in Dubai for twenty years. Working with esteemed hospitality groups such as Emaar, Starwood and Fairmont, Seema has been responsible for positioning some of Dubai’s leading hotels in local and international markets.

In her previous role as Commercial Director for the Al Habtoor City Complex in Dubai, Seema oversaw the sales, marketing, PR and revenue teams and led the launch strategies across four hotels including The St. Regis Dubai, W Dubai – Al Habtoor City, The Westin Dubai, Al Habtoor City and The St. Regis Dubai, Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club.

Prior to this, Seema set up the sales and marketing structure for Emaar Hospitality Group, and was responsible for leading a team of 85 people in sales, marketing, communications, PR and events across four brands including The Address Hotels + Resorts, Armani Hotels & Resorts, Vida Hotels and Resorts and Emaar Hospitality Group Leisure Units.

Seema is originally from India, where she began her hospitality career in New Delhi in internationally branded hotels such as IHG and Le Meridien.
