The outstanding fruit-based cake tastes perfectly in a bite and has won the heart of more than 120 voters, including the media and Kempinski’s worldwide general managers, at the blind tasting event held at the Hotel Adlon Kempinski, Germany.
Inspired by the beauty of local Thai culture and way of life, our Pastry chef Alfred Merkel created this Kempinski award-wining dessert based on the use of local tropical fresh fruits; including coconut, banana, and passion fruit; and crafted it with his traditional European cooking expertise. “Thailand is a colourful country and so the colour of our Siam Passion” said chef Merkel.
