Discover authentic Middle Eastern cuisine by Chef Sudqi Naddaf and the team of Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates Dubai.
Bangkok, 15 July 2014: Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok is delighted to welcome Guest Chef Sudqi Naddaf from Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, for a two-week long celebration of Middle Eastern cuisine and entertainment. From 8 – 24 August 2014, guests will be able to sample the delicious dishes that Chef Naddaf specializes in – the authentic Arabic cuisine with a modern twist. Some of the traditional Arabic dishes include; White Fish in Clay Pot, Tabouleh (Arabic salad with fresh vegetables, herbs and onions), Hummus (chickpea dip) and Falafel (deep-fried chickpea with herbs) as well as different kind of flavourful grilled meats. All dishes will be aromatically served with warm homemade pita breads in an all-you-can-eat style.
Executive Chef Sudqi Naddaf, who is known as an outstanding, creative and inspiring chef in the Middle East, is very excited to bring the authentic tastes of Middle Eastern cuisine to one of the world’s top destinations for food lovers. “Middle Eastern cuisine is diverse and unique - just as its culture. One of my passions is to share the Middle Eastern cuisine in our specialties and cooking techniques. The Middle East has such a rich and varied food heritage and I am excited to present it in Bangkok,” said Chef Naddaf.
Prior to his current position in Dubai, he served as an executive chef in varied countries in the region, including Amman, Kuwait and his hometown of Jordan, where he hosted a cooking TV show called Baity.
The buffet dinner is available daily from 19:00 – 24:00 at Brasserie Europa and is priced at THB 2,400++ per person (inclusive of free-flow non-alcoholic beverages, Arabian tea and coffee). Famous Middle Eastern belly dancing will keep you entertained in delightful surroundings.
