Located in Piazza San Marco, the Correr Museum is the city's civic museum. The museum presents art, documents, artefacts, and maps that chart the history and daily life of Venice over the centuries. Peggy Guggenheim Collection
One of Italy's most important museums for European and American art from the first half of the 20th century. The museum displays Peggy Guggenheim's personal collection of 20th century art, items from the G. Mattioli Collection, the Nasher Sculpture Garden and temporary exhibitions.

Venice Biennale of Contemporary Art
Occurring every 2 years, the Venice Biennale of Contemporary Art draws artists from all over the world. The largest part of the exhibition is displayed at the Giardini della Biennale and at the Arsenale. For further information concerning opening times and tickets, please contact the Concierge.
Palazzo Fortuny Museum
This Gothic palazzo was formerly the photography, set design, textile-design and painting atelier of artist Mariano Fortuny. Punta della Dogana, Francois Pinault Foundation
Renovated to designs by architect Tadao Ando, this former monumental port of Venice is now a centre for contemporary art.
