Ski lovers will look glamorous both on and off piste this winter as Kempinski The Spa at Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains launches the new HydraFacial MD® treatment in St Moritz this month. The revolutionary treatment, implemented by spa management expert, Resense Spa SA, will make dry and dehydrated post ski skin a thing of the past.
The luxury spa will take the lead as the first Swiss Alps resort spa to offer the treatment, which is proven to combat the effects that the harsh ski environment can have on skin. Post-piste dry and dehydrated complexions are soothed and hydrated with the HydraFacial’s MD® innovative formula of antioxidants, vitamins and hyaluronic acid, which penetrate into the deep the skin’s deeper layers.
Already popular in the US with celebrities such as Eva Mendes and Beyonce, the HydraFacial MD® offers effective non-surgical skin resurfacing, that improves both the appearance and health of the skin. The revolutionary treatment also addresses skin problems such as fine lines and wrinkles, acne, hyperpigmentation and rosacea and the use of LED therapy provides additional benefits and activates the skin’s own production of collagen and elastin skin cells.
"HydraFacial offers guests a revolutionary treatment that effectively rejuvenates the skin, promoting not only a beautiful complexion but enhancing the overall health of the skin as well. The non-invasive procedure means guests can take advantage of the amazing results with no pain or recovery time,” says Zuzana Michalíková, Spa Manager at Kempinski The Spa in St Moritz.
Combining invigorating therapies and advanced medical technology, the HydraFacial MD® has been delivering results in aesthetic medicine for over 10 years. Today, Resense are leading the way in advanced cosmeceuticals and are one of the first companies to offer these treatments to guests in a luxury spa environment.
