Before joining Sindhorn Kempinski, where she will take on the mantle of head chef at Flourish, Chef Chatsorn was based in Switzerland, where she introduced Alpine diners to tempting Thai delicacies. Chef Chatsorn was dedicated to sourcing authentic ingredients and materials–all to enhance the restaurant’s Thai ambiance and elevate guests’ dining experiences.
She is an expert at creating menus filled with exotic herbs and spices. Whether she’s crafting a dish to awaken the palate or serving up a plate brimming with nostalgic memories, Chef Chatsorn is a master of designing delicious dining journeys for guests all around the world. Chef Chatsorn also enjoys imparting culinary wisdom and speciality techniques through boutique cooking classes. Each of her sessions is tailored to pique the curiosity of each individual diner.
