Discover the rich heritage of Thai cuisine with an exquisite Authentic Thai Set Lunch at Flourish restaurant, located on the lobby level of, Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok.  Thoughtfully curated by Chef Chatsorn Pratoomma, Executive Sous Chef, this refined culinary experience celebrates the vibrant flavours and timeless traditions of Thailand in an elegant and tranquil setting.

Begin your journey with a delightful selection of salad and appetisers, featuring organic chicken with Vietnamese parsley and Royal Project vine tomato, alongside sesame prawn toast served with chilli dipping sauce.

For the main course, guests are invited to select two dishes from a tempting menu of four signature creations:

• Homemade knifefish balls in aromatic jungle curry with wild ginger
• Deep-fried Kurobuta pork belly with fish sauce and garlic
• Salted sun-dried beef in fragrant herbal coconut soup with bird’s eye chilli
• Stir-fried soft-shell crab with coriander, pepper and Thai garlic

Complete the experience on a sweet note with a specially crafted dessert of taro ice cream served with coconut pudding and sesame rice crunch.

The Authentic Thai Set Lunch is available daily, from 12:00 to 15:00 hrs from now until     31 May 2026. The lunch is priced at THB 790++ per person and includes one salad and appetiser selection, two main courses, and one dessert.
