• The minimum age for Thermal Journey is 16 years old.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before arrival.
• The spa credit may only be used for a single transaction; the full value must be redeemed at once. Any unused value will be forfeited.
• All benefits included in the package must be used during the stay and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.
• Rates are subject to a 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
