The chef-led grill presents a generous feast inspired by the spirit of togetherness, featuring slow-roasted turkey, barbecued pork ribs and roasted porterhouse beef, each carved fresh from the fire.
Begin with hand-crafted appetisers such as smoked salmon tortellini, smoked chicken liver parfait and beetroot salad with smoked Persian feta. Then, savour comforting sides including chestnut and sage stuffing, maple-roasted vegetables and freshly baked cornbread, completing the hearty spread.
