ALATi presents Iftar, a refined Ramadan dining experience shaped by warmth, generosity and the spirit of Grill | Fire | Smoke. Created for sharing, the menu unfolds at an unhurried pace, inviting guests to gather and reconnect as the day transitions into night.
The experience begins with refreshing welcome beverages traditionally enjoyed at Iftar, offering a gentle and comforting start to the evening. A selection of cold mezze follows, served at the centre of the table to encourage sharing and conversation. These creamy, smoky and herb-led flavours create a balanced opening, preparing the palate for the dishes to come. The journey continues with hot mezze, bringing warmth and aroma to the table and easing the transition into the heart of the meal.
At the centre of the experience are ALATi’s fire-led dishes, where open flame and slow heat define both flavour and character. Highlights include a mixed grill of lamb and chicken cooked over fire, presented as generous centrepieces alongside aromatic rice and classic accompaniments. A contrasting seafood dish, Samkeh Harra, adds depth and spice, reflecting the comforting richness often associated with Ramadan evenings.
The meal concludes with classic baklava, served with tea or coffee, which provides a calm and satisfying close to the evening.
