For a refreshing yet sophisticated start, the Baby Beetroots & Persian Feta Salad delivers a perfect balance of earthy sweetness and creamy richness. Elevating the experience further, the Lobster & Prawn Bisque offers a silky, deeply flavoured seafood essence, capturing the finest ingredients in every spoonful.
Grilled to perfection over open flames, the Isaan-Style Grilled Miyazaki A4 Wagyu Sirloin combines the tenderness of Japanese Wagyu with bold Thai seasonings, creating a dish that is both aromatic and indulgent.
