On 2 October 2023, the grand finale of Ulrich Heimann's guest chef events will take place at Restaurant PUR, for this year. His kitchen team is pleased and delighted to welcome the two-star chef, Reto Brändli, from the "Lorenz Adlon Esszimmer", one of the best restaurants in Berlin. The Swiss chef interprets the classic French haute cuisine in a new and modern way. His dishes are aesthetically prepared with the utmost care and respect for the animal and with attention to detail.
