Getting to the Hotel
1) Direct Transfer (Most Convenient)
For a stress-free journey, we offer a direct transfer. A driver will pick you up in the arrivals hall at the airport and bring you to the ferry station where you will embark on the ferry together, so you can leave your luggage in the car. 2) Gozo Channel (Vehicle Ferry)
This ferry departs from Ċirkewwa Harbour. Access the terminal which is at the northernmost end of the island from MLA via taxi or public transport. This is the only option if you are bringing a vehicle (25 minutes crossing). 
Note: Ferry crossing times are subject to demand and can fluctuate. We recommend checking the Gozo Channel website, where you can view live terminal cameras and current schedules to better time your arrival/departure.

3) Gozo Highspeed (Fast Ferry)
This is the quickest option for travellers without a car. Take a taxi or public transport from MLA to Valletta's Grand Harbour, then board the fast ferry directly to Mġarr, Gozo (approx. 45 minutes crossing) 
Note: The Fast Ferry can reach capacity quickly during peak hours. To guarantee your spot and avoid waiting for the next available sailing, please book online and arrive at least 15-20 minutes early. For live updates on schedules and potential weather delays, visit the Gozo Highspeed status page.


Hotel Policies
 

Non-Smoking Policy
Please note that our hotel offers only non-smoking guest rooms. Smoking is permitted on balconies and designated outside areas. Evidence of violation of our smoke-free policy will result in a fee.

Hotel Liability
The Hotel is not responsible for any injury to any person suffered while using the hotel facilities. By using hotel facilities guest accepts full responsibility & liability to bear the costs for any damages or misuse in the room or at any place of the hotel premises caused by him/herself or by room accompany.

Pet Policy
A one-time, non-refundable pet cleaning fee applies. Dogs up to 20kg are allowed only in the selected room categories and hotel areas. Please see the detailed pet policy HERE.

Environmental Contribution
Your stay is subject to an Environmental contribution of EUR 1.50 per night per adult, for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands if the guest is 18 years or older on the day of arrival. This additional amount must be settled upon arrival.

Guarantee Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the provided card at the time of arrival.
