Spa Etiquette

A spa is a place for rest and relaxation. To ensure every guest can enjoy a pleasant and serene experience, we ask that you respect the privacy of other guests and keep noise to a minimum to maintain a relaxing atmosphere. Learn more about our spa and pool etiquette here.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, please observe the following general etiquette and terms and conditions:

Registration and Access
Registration is mandatory before entering the Alpine Spa. Members are asked to present a valid membership card at the Pool Reception upon check-in. Hotel guests should provide their room number at the Pool Reception upon entry. Access to the Alpine Spa & Pool is for guests 16 years and older. The sauna area is accessible to guests 18 years and older. Children of hotel guests may use the pool area under the supervision of at least one adult guardian.

Reservations for spa treatments and personal training sessions can be made in advance at the Pool or Spa Reception. Phone: 1700

Day Membership
The Alpine Spa can also be used with a day membership. Registration for a day visit is required to guarantee your entry. Children up to five years old have free entry, those between six and eleven years old pay 50% of the price, and those 12 and older pay the full price. Please contact the Pool Reception before your visit at T +43 5355 50100 1700 or by email at [email protected]

General Liability and Valuables
The use of the Alpine Spa is at your own risk, and the hotel is not liable for any property damage or personal injury. We assume no liability for lost valuables. Please leave your valuables in your hotel room or in the designated hotel safe at the Hotel Reception.

Dress Code and Hygiene
Throughout the entire pool and wellness area outside of the changing rooms, swimwear, bath shoes, and a bathrobe are mandatory. This area is only for members of the Alpine Spa and checked-in guests of the Kempinski Hotel "Das Tirol."
The sauna area is traditionally textile-free. For hygiene reasons, sauna use is only permitted without textiles. Please use a towel to sit on to avoid direct skin contact with the sauna benches.

In the fitness area, proper fitness attire with clean athletic shoes is mandatory. Training in swimwear is not permitted. Please place a towel on the equipment while you are using it.

Behaviour in the Pool Area
The general rules of peace and relaxation in a wellness area apply. Please shower before and after using the pools and saunas. Water toys, balls, inflatable mattresses, and similar items—with the exception of swimming aids—are not permitted. Noise, jumping from the edge of the pool, or other disturbances to other guests must be avoided. In the event of disruptive behaviour toward our guests, management reserves the right to deny guests’ access. In this case, there will be no refund of the entrance fees.

Reserving Loungers
We ask that you do not reserve loungers with towels. The pool staff is instructed to clear loungers that are not in use and to take any items left behind to our lost and found.

Use of Electronic Devices
The use of mobile phones, tablets, and computers, and especially cameras, is prohibited out of respect for the privacy of other guests. To maintain a general sense of calm, we ask that you speak quietly and refrain from making phone calls.

Smoking, Food, and Drinks
Please be informed that smoking is prohibited throughout the entire pool area. For this purpose, please use our Rubin Bar and the designated smoking areas.

Please understand that food is not allowed in any of the wet or relaxation areas. You are welcome to use the designated area by the bar to order and consume food and drinks. Bringing your own food and drinks is prohibited.

We wish you a restful and pleasant stay at the Alpine Spa & Pool and thank you for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these rules.

To exercise any of the above mentioned rights, you can get in touch with us using the de-tails set out in section 9 below. When addressing us, please always provide your name, ad-dress and/or email address as well as detailed information about the change you require.
