In celebration of the 15th anniversary of the Lady in Red, Kempinski Budapest’s pastry chefs have crafted a special dessert.
Inspired by the signature red hue, the dessert features a rich red velvet coating. Inside, layers of red berries, such as raspberry, blueberry, and violet, are delicately infused with floral notes. The base consists of Valrhona 70% Guayana dark chocolate mousse, providing a sophisticated counterpoint to the vibrant berry core. The dessert is elegantly adorned with a stylised rose made from thin strawberry slices, an edible flower at its centre and a white chocolate ring and red wafer pearls forming a graceful necklace that highlights the ‘Lady in Red’ theme.
