Room Five

Ideal for meetings that require privacy. Board level discussions in the serenity of the Kempinski’s lavish surroundings, accommodating up to 10 guests.

Room Five

Boardroom

Conveniently located on the first floor of Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest, Room Five is a multi-purpose space ideal for meetings and activities that require privacy. The floor is dedicated to events; therefore, Room Five is situated in ideal proximity to the whole portfolio of our Ten Rooms meeting facilities. It is accessible via the Lobby’s sweeping staircase or the lifts.

Chic, refined and, furthermore, luxurious in size as well as outfitting, Room Five is a deliberately upscale executive room with its own built-in coffee station and a 55-inch Android LCD TV, which can be operated by the wireless, so-called screen mirroring technology from any cordless device. Its décor comes complete with an original painting by Hungarian contemporary artist MSL from the Hotel Corvinus Collection. With over 30 sq m of space, it seats and hosts up to ten guests.

Its windows open to a view of leafy Erzsébet Square, providing an especially quiet corner. Room Five is designed to hold meetings that require privacy, and as such, we recommend it first and foremost for board-level, board-sized discussions in the serenity of Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest's lavish surroundings, next to Room Four.

Besides its boardroom features, Room Five ideally serves as the operating room for larger-scale events to manage and oversee the events in the meeting facilities.

Catering services, from coffee and Danish pastries to more complex menus such as lunch and dinner, are provided by kitchen teams as required.
