The large selection includes a wide variety of breads and rolls, croissants and pastries from the hotel’s own patisserie, muesli variations such as Bircher Muesli, Matcha Crunch or Granola, fresh regional and exotic fruits, three types of caviar, champagne and egg dishes of every preparation that can be ordered fresh. For those with a sweet tooth, there are heavenly-smelling, fresh pancakes or waffles with all kinds of extras.
