Hotel Adlon Kempinski Hosts Four Weeks of exclusive Easter Experiences

Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin - Miscellaneous

An attractive Easter accommodation package, champagne holiday brunch with live music, spring menu, afternoon tea and Easter floral arrangements to design yourself offer special Adlon holiday experiences – also perfect as gifts...

As the capital awakens from its winter slumber with the first rays of sunshine, Hotel Adlon Kempinski, located at the iconic Brandenburg Gate, invites hotel guests and Berlin residents to enjoy a variety of seasonal highlights. As the Adlon’s culinary Easter experiences are especially popular each year – and far too delightful to be limited to a single festive weekend – the hotel has extended several of its Easter offerings to span up to four weeks.

From 27 March to 26 April 2026, guests can discover a light and elegant spring menu created by Rico Kägebein, Head Chef at Brasserie Quarré, together with his team. The four-course menu features artfully composed dishes designed to delight the senses, including salmon on an asparagus mosaic with wild garlic, Holstein lamb with saffron ravioli, veal fillet with pistachio gnocchi and tarte au citron with buttermilk mousse, meringue and lemon curd ice cream. Vegan alternatives are also available, including yellow beetroot with orange basil asparagus, cardoncello mushrooms with polenta and a berry tartlet with raspberry sorbet.

As temperatures rise towards the end of March, the panoramic terrace of Brasserie Quarré will reopen for the summer season just in time for Easter, featuring newly introduced French-style luxury terrace furniture. Guests can once again enjoy sparkling champagne, colourful cocktails, homemade patisserie creations, ice cream sundaes and iconic Adlon snacks such as the cheese-roasted Adlon caviar sandwich or the famous Adlon currywurst with gold leaf, all while embracing the cheerful spirit of spring at Berlin's hotspot.

To experience the full seasonal variety of Adlon’s culinary offerings accompanied by live music, Banquet Chef Eric Kissmann recommends reserving a table for the Adlon Champagne Holiday Brunch on 5 April on the Bel Etage, overlooking the famous elephant fountain. From 12:30 to 15:30, guests can enjoy a gourmet buffet featuring delicacies such as braised lamb leg ‘Oriental’, guinea fowl with green asparagus ragout, wild garlic soup with crayfish, pasta prepared live with fresh black truffles, rock oysters, shrimp cocktail with avocado cream and sweet highlights including curd cheese apricot dumplings, carrot cake, Easter bread and a crêpe station. (EUR 195 per person including Moët & Chandon champagne, red and white wine, beer, soft drinks and coffee and tea specialities)

For those wishing to bring a touch of spring joy to someone special, the Adlon Flower Atelier & Boutique offers a creative Easter experience. ‘Following the success of our Advent wreath-making event, many flower enthusiasts asked for a spring edition of the Adlon event,’ says Mario Weidner, Head Florist at the Adlon. ‘This time, with expert guidance from florist Laura Pfister, participants will design their own Easter basket using a wide selection of spring flowers such as daffodils, tulips and forest moss, complemented by decorative elements including Easter eggs, miniature bunnies, jewellery accents and feathers.’ In true Adlon style, the two-hour creative workshop begins on 28 March at 14:00 with a welcome glass of champagne, followed by coffee, tea, soft drinks and tempting samples from the hotel’s patisserie. (EUR 150 per person including flowers, decorative materials, basket, drinks and snacks)

At the same time, the legendary grand hotel is positioning itself as a special Easter destination in Europe for international guests: with views of the Brandenburg Gate, spacious suites, a gourmet restaurant, relaxing spa moments and the tempting prospect of an extended luxury stay in the historic heart of Berlin. During the prolonged Easter period, the multi-award-winning traditional hotel on Pariser Platz invites guests to enjoy an exclusive Easter package that offers the ideal setting for several enjoyable spring days in Berlin. Between 27 March and 12 April 2026, guests can enjoy their break in their preferred room or suite category, including an Adlon champagne breakfast on the Bel Etage, seasonal fruit on arrival and a three-course spring menu in the Brasserie Quarré, from just one night's stay.

This package offers the perfect opportunity to experience Berlin's enchanting springtime, with cultural highlights, selected city tours to the capital's most famous sights and relaxing walks through the city's first green oases. (Package prices start from EUR 600 per double room; additional nights from EUR 400, depending on travel dates.)

For tea connoisseurs, the Adlon Afternoon Tea, hosted by tea master Barbara Hanimann, remains a cherished tradition. The two-course experience – one savoury and one sweet – is served amid elegant spring décor and accompanied by the fragrant aromas of Assam or Darjeeling tea. Delicacies include asparagus tartlets, smoked char sandwiches with lime sour cream, mini Adlon cake and, naturally, scones with clotted cream. This classic English-inspired Easter indulgence continues to delight guests with every bite. (Thursday to Sunday except for 16 and 17 April, from 14:00 to 17:00 | EUR 79 per person | EUR 39 for children | Vegan option available)

A visit to the Adlon can also be gifted through personalised vouchers from the online voucher shop, offering the perfect surprise in an Easter basket. Guests may choose from a variety of Adlon experiences or select hotel services at their leisure, including the extensive wellness offerings at the Adlon Spa by Resense.

Reservations for all gastronomic experiences can be made by telephone at +49 30 2261 1959 or by e-mail at [email protected].
