Borsa Restaurant, which interprets the deep-rooted heritage of Turkish cuisine with contemporary touches, continues its tradition this year by hosting guests for iftar amidst the grandeur of Çırağan Palace.
Rüya Istanbul's journey at Çırağan Palace is a seamless extension of the culinary legacy and founding vision it shares with Borsa Restaurant. By interpreting Anatolian flavours for a global audience with a contemporary touch, Rüya Istanbul joins Borsa in a partnership built on purpose rather than chance. Together, they offer a collective expression of a timeless gastronomic approach nourished by tradition.
This special Ramadan encounter, which debuted at Çırağan Palace last year, enters its second year by bringing together Borsa Restaurant’s mastery and Rüya Istanbul’s modern Anatolian perspective at the same table.
In this exclusive experience accompanied by palace elegance, the spirit of sharing, the refinement of traditional iftar tables, and the rich flavours of Anatolia come together.
The price for the iftar dinner at Rüya Restaurant is 6,200 TL per person, including VAT, for groups of 1-7 people. For reservations of 8 or more people, the price is 5,800 TL per person.
