A fully qualified yoga instructor she has also studied Integrative Massage in India, has excellent charisma in Watsu, Tantsu and Waterdance and for the last six years she has been a Vipassana Meditator.
Watsu, a fusion of water and shiatsu, is a form of body massage performed while floating in warm water allowing a freedom of movement for the body to be cradled, manipulated and stretched in ways difficult on land. The warm water offers therapeutic benefits along with elements from disciplines including Zen Shiatsu, Yoga, Alexander Technique and Meditation. Watsu has been found to relieve muscle tension and pain, treat stress-related disorders and fatigue, provide deep relaxation and create a profound spiritual experience. 60min / £75
Waterdance is a form of aquatic bodywork like Watsu but incorporates stretch work and relaxation above water with moves also taken whilst completely submerged under water. Waterdance incorporates elements of massage, Aikid, dolphin and snake movements, rolls, somersaults, inversions, dance and much more. Waterdance encourages deep states of relaxation and effects of this treatment include physical release such as joint mobilisation. 60min / £83
Klang Massage is Nepal’s traditional sound massage and is applied with special bowls produced from an alloy of 16 different materials. Deniz starts the session by determining which chakras will be worked during the session before working on them with their colour one by one. 80min / £93
Himalayan Integrative Massage originates from India and is constructed in three parts. Firstly the body is awakened by pressing certain points called ‘marma’. Secondly, muscles, joints and ligaments are strengthened by applying oil before finishing the treatment by increasing flexibility and energy levels in the body. 60min / £83
