Chef Patissier Michael Stahl was inspired by the beautiful mountains of Berchtesganden and created the Kempinski Hotel Berchtesgaden “Haustorte”. The Eckerbichl cake is the personal homage of the incumbent German vice champion of confectioners of the region Berchtesgaden. Finest layers of pine honey butter cream, wild cranberry compote and chocolate crème with mountain gentian, surrounded by exquisite hazelnut Dacquoise melt on the palate - let yourself be seduced by the sweet treasures of the Berchtesgaden Alps!
