Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko reopens with new splendour, surprise updates and exciting culinary offerings
On 27 May, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko reopened for the summer season, following nearly a month and a half of renovation.
The hotel unveiled a new look for its guestrooms, which are redesigned with new carpets, curtains, upholstery and luxurious bed headboards. Furnished in vibrant crimson and rich blue colour tones, the refreshed rooms exude royal charm and evoke a sense of luxurious warmth, cosiness and ultimate relaxation. In addition to the refreshed interior, all guestrooms now feature coffee- and teamaking facilities, as well as an upgraded, safer and user-friendlier electronic door-locking system, ensuring the utmost guest comfort and privacy.
In the spirit of Kempinski’s commitment to catering for every need of even the smallest guests, the special highlight of the renovation includes the creation of a whole new outdoor playground and a separate kids’ swimming pool, with a depth of 0.5 m. And to top that, the hotel’s Kids Club has also been repainted, refreshed and refurnished to fully elevate the experience of the little ones.
The open terrace of the hotel’s Mediterranean restaurant Come Prima has also undergone a significant transformation. Fully panelled with woodwork, incorporating flowerpots and multiple gleaming lights, which become visible at night, the terrace is now offering even more elegant and cosier al fresco dining under the sky during the warmest months of the year.
The hotel also debuts another noteworthy enhancement for all guests - a “farewell” gift to remember. As of this summer, upon departure all guests receive a tiny jar of home-made Pirin honey to take home as a sweet memory from a delightful stay.
In addition to all the novelties established after the renovation, the hotel’s culinary team has prepared an exciting calendar of themed promotions, elaborate new recipes and entertainment options to keep up the good vibes throughout the whole summer.
General Manager Carsten Seubert commented, “In effort to continuously meet and exceed our guests’ expectations, we conduct thorough renovations every year. This spring we decided to focus on upgrading our guestrooms’ to further enhance the luxurious experience of our guests. The renewal of Come Prima Restaurant’s terrace was also an important touchpoint of the renovation being one of guests’ favourite venues during the summer. Last but not least, we have paid special attention to establishing some new features for our smallest guests, who will happily discover a brand new playground and pool, dedicated especially to them. We look forward to welcoming all guests to rediscover our hotel and create new memories with us during the best summer yet at
