Tuesday
Veal Liver and Spinach Salad with Pickled Onions
Served with mashed potatoes, apple-Calvados ragout and crispy shallots.

Wednesday
Dumplings with Mushroom Ragout, Parmesan Sauce and Spinach
Potato dumplings accompanied by mixed mushroom ragout and Parmesan sauce. Served with a wild herb salad.

Thursday
Wiener Schnitzel with Potato and Cucumber Salad
Served with homemade cranberry compote.

Friday
Salmon with Courgette, Tomatoes and Rice
Grilled salmon with courgette spaghetti, pickled tomatoes and steamed rice. Served with smashed cucumber salad.

Saturday & Sunday
Spaghetti Ai Frutti di Mare
Spaghetti with tomato sauce, assorted seafood, Parmesan cheese and crispy capers. Served with a cabbage salad.
