Served with goat’s cheese, pine nuts, and panzanella.

Thursday
Wiener Schnitzel with Potato and Cucumber Salad
Served with homemade cranberry compote.

Friday
Label Rouge Salmon with Cauliflower
Served with sweet potatoes, Amalfi lemon, and fennel and orange salad.

Saturday & Sunday
Lime & Honey Corn-Fed Chicken
Served with basmati rice, coriander, and tomato and avocado salad.
