The second phase of the property, a 345 key hotel will expand the overall size of the resort making it one of the largest on Palm Jumeirah. Fit-out works will begin in December and handover is expected in early 2014.
The lush gardens and award-winning penthouses at Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah have also been the setting of some of the most exclusive events on Dubai’s social calendar.
Kempinski hosted an exclusive event at the property’s Imperial Villa to thank those who have supported the property over the past 12 months. The guest list included industry partners, VIP guests, media, Palm Jumeirah residents, and a mix of local celebrities as well as Mr. Ulrich Eckhardt, President of Kempinski Hotels in the Middle East & Africa.
