Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok introduces Bloom Under Moonlight, its first-ever mooncake collection created in celebration of the hotel’s 15th anniversary and the Mid-Autumn Festival. This elegant collection features four refined flavours inspired by Thai and Japanese ingredients. Each has been thoughtfully developed under the guidance of Executive Chef Phillip Taylor, whose Chinese heritage and culinary expertise bring authenticity and balance to every recipe.
The selection includes smooth Azuki Red Bean made from premium beans grown in Hokkaido; aromatic Pandan with Macadamia Nut, featuring pandan leaves from Ratchaburi and buttery macadamia from Tak province; a timeless Lotus Seed with Salted Egg Yolk enhanced by a premium organic yolk; and rich Monthong Durian from Chanthaburi, which is prized for its golden flesh and creamy texture.
Each mooncake is beautifully presented in a European-style trunk box adorned with a bespoke gold lotus and moon motif. The set also includes two porcelain plates featuring the same elegant design, making it a thoughtful and lasting gift for loved ones, valued clients or cherished partners.
