Jose Carreras, one of "The Three Tenors", enjoyed his stay in Kempinski Hotel Xiamen

Xiamen, 30 April 2013—For his classical concert, José Carreras invited his 20-year friend, a world-class piano master Lorenzo Bavajto as a guest performer. He sang many wonderful

songs including (Lu Cardillo), (Era de Maggio) in Spanish and Italian, as well as a well-known Chinese song with famous Chinese Lyric Coloratura Soprano Ms. Wu Bixia. The stunning performance ended after six encores and made deep impression on Xiamen's audience.

José Carreras stayed in Kempinski's fabulously designed, 129 sqm Diplomatic Suite located on the 24th floor with amazing views of Xiamen City and the Yundang Lake, provided with our world class service. Carreras has also appreciated Kempinski's extensive breakfast selection at the Executive lounge and dinner at Kaffee on 2. After performance, he enjoyed a chilled glass of in-house brewed beer at Paulaner Brauhaus. He was very satisfied with the hotel's stylish ambience and refined cuisine, and specially praised Janice Huang, Kempinski's Executive floor butler, for her attentive service.
