Shanghai, 24 November 2022 – Executive Chef William Wang’s new menu has now been launched, so let the incredible food journey start. Executive Chef William has been studying with famous Italian chefs for many years and has demonstrated the excellent natural flavours of food with exquisite cooking techniques. With more than 20 years of kitchen and management experience, he has developed his unique experience and insights, presenting a unique experience. William will redefine the 1Eins Bistro & Lounge and bring a new dining experience to our guests. In this new menu, William has selected four special dishes to recommend to gourmets.

M3 T-bone Steak Florentine-style 700g

The Florentine-style steak must be cut from the loin, which is known as the T-bone. Chef William’s choice is M3-grade T-bone steak. The crispness of the surface and the freshness of the inside create the perfect texture. It is an excellent dish that meat lovers should not miss.

Burrata Cheese with Honey and Fig

The cute burrata cheese is made from fresh mozzarella cheese and mixed with cream. It is served with sweet figs, honey and nuts, with creamy aromas mixed with fresh fruit. Sweet without being greasy, it melts in your mouth.

Chargrilled Boston Lobster, Truffle Mashed Potato

Chef William chooses a Boston lobster between 550g and 600g. The right size ensures the tender meat keeps its original flavour as much as possible. It is superimposed with black truffle mashed potatoes, and with the caviar, there is a strong sense of bursting pulp. Get a taste surprise of 1+1>2.

Wagyu Beef Burger  

The 200g Wagyu patty is made from Wagyu beef originating in Australia. After frying and roasting, the evenly distributed fat in the patty begins to melt. The meat is fragrant and juicy. With Chef William’s secret filling of pineapple, sauerkraut and cheese sauce, among other ingredients, there is a lot of weight and a lot of texture.
