Indulge in a curated dinner at 15 Stamford, beginning with a sophisticated Amuse Bouche of Trio Cadoret Oysters prepared three ways—from zesty lemon to savory pancetta and Serrano vinaigrette. The experience unfolds with a delicate Salmon Roulade dressed in white soy, followed by an elegant entrée of Seared U.S Scallops paired with hanger fish maw. 

Warm up with a rich Jerusalem Artichoke Soup enhanced by truffle and foie gras before choosing your centerpiece: a Mediterranean-inspired Loup De Mer with tomato harissa or a Premium Wagyu Striploin served with truffle mash and poivre sauce. After a refreshing Calamansi Sorbet palate cleanser, end your evening on a sweet note with a decadent Chocolate Parfait and artisanal Petit Fours.
