Enjoy a tête-à-tête with Mum for an elegant five-course Afternoon Tea at The Lobby Lounge at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore. Savour delicate, sweet, and savoury bites, including Salmon Mille-Feuille with Trout Roe, Deep Sea Prawn with Puffed Rice and Caviar, Mixed Berry Scones, and a refreshing White Peach Sorbet. Then, indulge in rich and decadent sweets, including Lavender Dark Chocolate Cake, Chrysanthemum Vanilla Cream, and Dianthus Honey and Spice Cupcake. Mums receive a complimentary welcome drink.

Delectable Sharing Platter at Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski
Treat Mum to a heartfelt celebration at La Scala Ristorante and Frieda Beer Garden & German Restaurant at Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski for a platter of grilled meat and seafood to share. It showcases a luscious Burratina Salad with Jamón Ibérico and Macerated Tomato for a refreshing start, followed by a hearty Cannellini Bean Soup with Smoked Bacon. 

For the main highlight, the seafood and meat platter, which includes grilled-to-perfection Hokkaido scallops, salmon, tiger king prawn, and Angus beef ribeye, will please the crowd. End the meal on a decadent sweet note with the Strawberry Curd, paired with wild berry compote and Madagascar vanilla ice cream.
