Celebrate Singapore’s rich cultural tapestry and flavours. The limited-time three-course set lunch at 15 Stamford Restaurant showcases reimagined local favourites, bringing heritage to the table with a creative flair.

Begin your meal with a playful amuse bouche, Foie Gras “Kaya Toast”. Inspired by the local widely-loved breakfast - kaya butter toast, this upgraded rendition sees foie gras butter meet pandan and kaya crèmeux for a more indulgent bite. Choose from starters like Chicken Satay with compressed Java apple and house-made peanut sauce or Spiced Otah Fish Paste paired with prawn remoulade and coconut espuma.

For mains, savour the robust flavours of Shellfish "Laksa" Stew, crowned with smoked quail egg and sambal puff, or indulge in the richness of Angus Beef Shortrib, served with blue pea rice, pineapple chilli slaw, and a rich rendang sauce.

End your meal on a sweet note with a delicate Ondeh Ondeh Swiss Roll with palm sugar ice cream, or our whimsical “Pi Pa Gao” Ice Cream, layered with mint meringue, marshmallow, and coconut crumble.
